Rooms for Hire

Third Avenue has a number of rooms for hire, from the church auditorium ~ seating 180, to the recently renovated foyer space seating 30. So, whether you are looking for a concert venue or a room for a small group, we have the space for you. Please note we have a no smoking policy throughout the site, and as we are part of the Methodist Church of Great Britain, alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
